I passed by to herb and spices section inside supermarket store, a specified containers of different kinds of beans (red, white, green) and a black hard crumpled small pieces in a container labeled "tenga ng daga". In my curiosity I asked my husband to google on his phone the benefits and meaning of "tenga ng daga". It is a wood ear mushroom use in cooking. Then we bought a 100 grams and cooked them for lunch.

Wood Ear Fungus contains Vitamin B, C, D and Iron which fight anaemia because it is high in iron. This is good for dialysis patient, diabetic and low blood patients.
